International Energy Foundation

The International Energy Foundation is an international scientific NGO, founded in Libya upon a recommendation of the participants of a major international meeting on energy, called ENERGEX, which took place in Tripoli in 1988. The mandate assigned to IEF by the founders is to facilitate the transfer and disbursement of information, knowledge, expertise and advanced technologies in the fields of energy, environment and development IEF has 2700 connected members (scientists, experts, students, companies, universities etc. from 72 countries.)
